Open the bookA memecoin pool rarely holds more than a tenth of the supply. Any bag measured in percent of supply is a large share of that pool, and a constant-product curve prices it accordingly.

The seller deposits the bag into an escrow account owned by the program and sets an ask in SOL. The listing shows its discount to Jupiter spot, refreshed every slot.
A buyer sends SOL for the whole bag or any part above the seller's minimum. Tokens and SOL move in one instruction. No state exists where one side holds both.
Unfilled size returns to the seller at the expiry block the seller chose. Cancel at any time before a fill. 0.8% fee on filled volume, nothing on listing.
Every listing shows the wallet's age, its share of supply, the date it first received the token, and whether it ever transacted with the deployer. A dev selling is visible as a dev selling.
Asks are quoted against the live Jupiter route, not against a chart. A stale price cannot anchor a buyer.
A 40M bag can clear in ten fills to ten wallets. The seller sets a minimum fill so dust cannot block the listing.
A seller may attach vesting. The buyer receives tokens over 7, 30 or 90 days and cannot hit the pool the next morning. Locked listings are flagged.
Any SPL or Token-2022 mint is listable. Tokens with under 50k USD of pool liquidity carry a warning on every row.
